Eligibility Criteria for Senior Resident (Non-Academic) at AIIMS

To apply for the position of Senior Resident (Non-Academic) at AIIMS, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• A Postgraduate Medical degree such as MD, MS, DM, or M.Ch. from a recognized university or institution.
• Alternatively, a DNB in the relevant discipline is also acceptable.

Registration:

Candidates must have valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), or the State Medical Council.

Specific Requirements for Trauma & Emergency Medicine:

Candidates applying for the Trauma & Emergency Medicine vacancy should hold a postgraduate medical degree in Anesthesia, Trauma & Emergency Medicine, or related Medical and Surgical Broad and Super Specialties.

Age Limit (as on 31-08-2024)

Upper Age limit: 45 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

1. SC/ST candidates - 5 years
2. OBC candidates - 3 years
3. Persons with Bench-mark Disabilities [PWBD] General Category - 10 years
4. Persons with Bench-mark Disabilities [PWBD] OBC Category - 13years
5. Persons with Bench-mark Disabilities [PWBD] SC/ST Category - 15 years
