Educational Qualification

Age Limit
Minimum 18 Years and maximum 28 Years as on date 10th August 2024.

Age Relaxation As per Government Rules
OBC Candidates - 03 years
ST/SC/PWD Candidates- 05 years
Ex-Serviceman - 05 years
PWD+SC/ST Candidates- 15 years

SAIL Rourkela Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Requirement before filling On-line Registration:

Before applying for above apprentices positions, candidates have to first register themselves in online portals of the following agencies of Government of India.

a. Trade Apprentice(ITI): In the link https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
b. Graduate/ Technician Apprentice: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme(NATS) in the link https://nats.education.gov.in

How to Apply

ITI Candidates:
1. Register on the specified web portal.
2. Log in to the apprenticeship portal as a candidate.
3. Go to "Apprenticeship Opportunity" and search by the establishment name "SAIL ROURKELA STEEL PLANT."
4. Click on "Apply" for the prescribed trade against the vacancies listed.
Note: Applications will not be accepted without registration and application on the portal.

Degree/Diploma Candidates:
1. Register as a student on the NATS website.
2. Log in to the NATS portal as a candidate.
3. Go to "Establishment Requests" and click on "Find Establishments."
4. Select "STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED, Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela."
