Educational Qualification
To be eligible, applicants must hold a Master's degree in a related subject with a minimum of 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education degree. Additionally, candidates should have passed Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject and demonstrate a consistent, strong academic performance.
Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test Qualified
Applicants must have successfully qualified for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or the School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) in the subject.
Age Limit
The age limit for the general category is 18 to 42 years.
Age Relaxation - Category Wise
Scheduled Castes of Haryana - 5 Years
Backward Classes of Haryana - 5 Years
Disabled persons who covered under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 - 5 Years
Wives of military personnel who are disabled while in military service - 5 Years
Widowed or legally divorced women - 5 Years
Judicially separated women residing separately for more than two years from the date as prescribed for the purpose of age for candidates of other categories - 5 Years
Unmarried Women - 5 Years
Ex-serviceman including short service commissioned and emergency commissioned officers - Relaxation in age to the extent of his military service added by three years provided.
