Age Limit:

Candidates willing to apply for NHAI Recruitment 2024 should not be more than the age of 56 years.

Tenure:

The appointments are on a deputation basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable by 1 year with the Chairman's approval. Further extension beyond the 4th year, up to a maximum of 10 years, requires approval from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, contingent on satisfactory performance.

Qualification & Experience for NHAI Recruitment 2024:

General Manager

Candidates must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute and have 14 years of Group-A service experience, including 9 years specifically in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to National/State Highways.

Deputy Manager 

Candidates must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute and have 6 years of experience in implementing Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads, and Bridges.

Manager

Candidates must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute and have 3 years of experience in implementing Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads, and Bridges.
