Job Description for Fixed Term Research Associates
Preparation of a project proposal, including a detailed work plan, for the assigned research topic.
Conduct research on the specific topic, including literature review, setting up experimental facilities if needed, and carrying out experimental, pilot, or simulation studies.
Analyze results, explore further improvements, and prepare technical reports.
Perform any other tasks assigned as needed.
Job Description for Fixed Term Project Associates
Assist scientists in conducting research projects.
Prepare samples for method development and perform routine analyses related to the assigned projects.
Monitor batch reactions to optimize reaction conditions.
Operate pilot plants during shifts.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting scientists or officers.

Go to the HPCL Careers page, click on "Current Openings," and select the Fixed Term Research Associate or Project Associate position at the R&D Centre in Bengaluru.
Make sure you have a passport-size photo (jpg/gif format, less than 50 kb) and your detailed CV (including a summary of your PhD topic if applicable) ready.
Fill out the online application form with correct information, then upload your photo and CV.
Click “Submit” to complete the process. Save the 12-digit Application/Reference Number you receive for future reference.
Print your application form, attach your photo, sign it, and keep it for your records. You don’t need to send a hard copy to HPCL.
