III. Documents Preparation:

1. Ensure you have scanned copies of the following documents in PDF/JPG format (not exceeding 200 KB each):
2. Xth std/SSLC/Matriculation certificate and marksheet as proof of Date of Birth.
3. Marksheet and Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate/Degree of the prescribed Educational Qualification (ITI/Diploma/Graduation as applicable).
4. Caste certificate (if applicable).
5. Caste validity certificate (applicable only for Maharashtra).
6. PWD certificate (if applicable).
7. EWS certificate (if applicable).
8. Cancelled cheque/Front page of Bank account passbook.
9. PAN Card.
10. Signature in black ink (file size should be less than 50 KB).
11. Recent color passport size photograph (file size should be less than 50 KB).
